Acceptable Use Policy

Applies To: All users of EasyCentral LLC’s software, services, and platforms including NiceInventory.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of EasyCentral LLC’s (“we”, “our”, or “us”) services, particularly in connection with our access to Amazon Services APIs. This Policy is designed to protect both EasyCentral and our users from security, privacy, and regulatory risks, and to ensure continued access to Amazon’s services under our developer license.
2. Your Responsibilities as a User
- Use the systems only for lawful and permitted purposes.
- Comply with all applicable data privacy, tax, and e-commerce regulations.
- Refrain from any activity that could jeopardize EasyCentral LLC’s compliance with Amazon’s policies, including the Amazon Developer Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and Data Protection Policy (DPP).
- Only access or use customer data (including Amazon data) for the purpose of fulfilling legitimate business functions (e.g., order processing, invoicing, tax reporting).
- Avoid introducing malicious software, scripts, or any harmful content into the system.
3. Prohibited Activities
- Attempt to access or retrieve data from Amazon systems beyond what is explicitly permitted by EasyCentral’s software.
- Share, transfer, or expose Amazon customer data, Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or any API-derived data to unauthorized individuals or systems.
- Use EasyCentral services to engage in scraping, bulk export, automated queries, or any activity that violates Amazon’s AUP or rate limits.
- Store any Amazon data outside of EasyCentral’s systems or export data into unsecured or third-party systems without written authorization.
- Circumvent access controls, security protections, or usage restrictions implemented by EasyCentral or Amazon.
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity using Amazon or EasyCentral systems.
- Use shared credentials, hardcoded tokens, or expose any access keys in public or insecure locations.
4. Enforcement and Termination
- Immediate suspension or termination of your access to EasyCentral systems.
- Notification to Amazon regarding policy breaches, if necessary.
- Legal liability for any resulting damages, including but not limited to termination of EasyCentral’s developer license.
- Permanent deletion of your account and forfeiture of any stored data.
5. Our Rights
- Monitor system usage and investigate potential violations.
- Log user activity as required for security and compliance.
- Cooperate fully with Amazon and any regulatory authorities in case of an investigation.
- Modify this policy at any time in response to changes in Amazon’s terms or regulatory obligations.
